Jeff Hawley is Director of the Customer Experience Group for the Yamaha Corporation of America. In his role he directs overarching marketing initiatives online, in print and within social media to Yamaha dealers, partners, fans and customers. An 18-year music industry veteran, he began working in music retail while performing as a professional jazz musician.
