I am currently working with Strategic & Agile, a Human Capital Consultancy in Ghana as a Business Development Lead. I recently completed my MBA in Management from Webster University and i am looking to freshen my CV and my skillset with modern digital marketing skills and knowledge since i see this to be a huge opportunity for growth within Ghana. I see a severe shortage of skills and talent within Ghana in this field since most marketing professionals seem to be slow to accept the digital future of marketing and instead embrace conventional forms of marketing which there seems to be excess supply within the job market. Aside the skill shortage opportunity available here i am also passionate about Digital Marketing and this is evidenced by my current investment into Google Digital Marketing Fundamentals certification which is free online. I am also taking relevant courses on coursera and Hubspot to beef up my knowledge and given me the foundational knowledge to take on other certificates.
