Vander DeCastro

As the executive director and partner at TeiaMO, Vander de Castro leads the operational group at the agency ensuring that the internal process is at the expected level by customers. Since 2007 Vander has been responsible for the development of new partnerships and business with both suppliers and key customers and he brings a total of 14 years of marketing experience, 6 of which in the USA at companies such as Recoll Management Corp. and Boston Technology. In Brazil, Vander has worked for Banco CCF (HSBC Bank) as DBM manager and for Comverse Networks as marketing manager for Latin America consulting to large customers such as TIM, Claro, Brasil Telecom and others. Vander has earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Northeastern University with a concentration in Marketing. With an additional expertise in franchising, Vander de Castro is also part of the largest chain of Cachaçarias (Brazilian Spirit themed restaurants) in the world with over 100 units throughout Brazil.
