What is the Exam Refund Policy?
OMCP Refund Policy (Effective 9/8/2015)
OMCP does not issue refunds for certification exams except in rare situations where the exam service is proven to have failed. OMCP will review proctor recordings to confirm any service failure. In these rare cases, most candidates are able to schedule a retake and OMCP bears the costs of proctoring.
A purchased instance of the any exam includes one exam instance and does not include ‘free retakes’. Retakes may be purchased here.
Candidates must sit for exams within 90 days of purchase/registration. OMCP does not offer free extensions, however candidates may purchase time extensions here.
